Where do you ship to?

Currently we only ship to the continental US.

 

I did not receive my order

If you did not receive your order please email magicwithinreiki@gmail.com so a replacement can be sent free of charge. Please note that orders shown as delivered in tracking updates, nor orders sent to an address that was incorrectly entered do not qualify for a free replacement. The recipient is responsible for reshipment costs under these circumstances.

 

My order was damaged upon receipt

Things happen. If your order was damaged upon delivery, please email magicwithinreiki@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of damages so we can issue an order replacement.

 

I do not love the products I received 

We are committed to customer and product satisfaction. However, we understand if our products do not resonate with everyone. If you are not happy with the products you received, we are happy to issue a return slip in which you will receive a credit towards a future purchase upon receipt of the returned product.
